What Artephi holds. What you keep.
Artephi is the commercial identity. Products hold operating data. Those are not the same store.
Artephi holds
- Your name, work email, and Artephi password (hashed).
- Which products you claimed, and at which plan.
- A hash of each product access secret — never your Artephi password in a product, never a product secret in plaintext after issue.
- Billing identity, invoices, and payment records when Stripe is live.
- Mail preference. Mail comes from Artephi, and only if you leave it on.
You keep sovereign
- Plans, people, decisions, and money inside Deepwatch.
- Desks, catalogs, accounts, synergies, and packets inside Sublattice.
- Anything a future product stores as operating work.
Artephi does not ingest a product workspace to sell it, train on it, or show it to another customer. Customer data stays the customer’s.
Why we ask for a company domain
Artephi accounts are commercial. A company domain is how we tell a buying organization from a personal mailbox. We do not scrape your directory. We only look at the domain on the address you typed.
We do not train models on your operating work. We do not sell a workspace. If you close the Artephi account we drop identity and entitlements here, and we tell each claimed product to disable login. What that product then keeps or deletes is that product’s retention — not a copy we took first.
Subprocessors for the commercial plane: the sign-in broker, the database that holds this account, the host of artephi.com, and Stripe when Stripe is live. Products have their own host and store. They are not a shared lake.
