Artephi accounts and product claims.
These terms cover the Artephi account — identity, claims, and billing later. Each product has its own operating terms inside that product.
The account
An Artephi account is a portfolio identity. Creating one does not enroll you in every product. You claim a product when you want it. A free seat is keepable. It is not a timed trial.
What we hold
Artephi holds who you are, which products you claimed, and the commercial plan for those claims. Deepwatch and Sublattice hold their own operating data. We do not take a copy of that work into Artephi.
Paid plans
Team and Company are billed on the Artephi account, not inside a product. Stripe is not a requirement to claim a free seat. Company terms are agreed in writing — write sales@artephi.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use Artephi or a claimed product to break the law, to probe another customer’s workspace, or to resell access you do not own. We may suspend an account that does.
